Perhaps we should do a wee list like we did at the craic weekend and then we know to either meet up or look out for each other and then we can be together?

1. Stevie and Dee (we're hoping to get to Ally's before 5.30 on Friday night and heading up)

Hi Everyone,

Firstly we must thank all the staff at Donaghys for such a fantastic weekend, it was superb and we will certainly be going again next year. music, dancing, radio station, games, bouncy castle, free food, great deals in the shop and some superb campber vans to dream about owning, and meeting some great people. Hopefully after sticking motorhome craic stickers on everything that moved we might get a few new members.

There were lots of people from the forum, Ally, Maurice, Bob, Barney 147, Peggy, Ron, Dave - if i've missed anyone, sorry.... and 2 new members, John and Noeleen - welcome to the Craic.

Ally, well he decided to play on the bouncy castle on the Friday night (yes, after the alcohol was in) he decided to show off, wow was he impressive when he bounced right out, landed on the concrete on his head and knocked himself out cold... what sympathy we gave him, after we stopped falling about laughing, and realised he hadnt moved - a few nudges by foot made us realise it wasnt looking good, we were hoping it wouldnt ruin our great nights craic, after all if he died it might not look too good if we continued to party... LOL. we think it may have had a 24 hour impact as the following night he had to be carried to bed by bid Merv (concusion possibly - and nothing to do with anything else). ^_^

All in all a fantastic weekend and certainly one we will be repeating next year. Perhaps we should have an annual bouncy castle competition :D :D :D

Dee

Sounds like a great weekend.

Also sounds like we're going to have to keep Ally away from the kids zone at Vantastival :D

I called up (in the car as I couldnt stay overnight) and was very impressed - much better than the (exorbitantly expensive) holiday and caravan show in the Kings Hall

Donaghys really put some effort in and it was great to be able to wander around the motorhomes and see what is available - there was certainly something there for every taste and every pocket (cheapest I saw was less than £7000 - the dearest had a few extra zeros!)

When the day comes for me to change mine ( which might be soon as based on what I saw I now hate my 'bus) I shall certainly take a look up at Donaghys
