Good Job
Have had Asthma from birth and know what it's like to have difficulty breathing sometimes hate to see smokers and hear them coughing having a bit of a insight of where it could possibly lead them.At the moment my M'in Law and Bro'in Law both badly suffering with COPD and still smoking he's ended up on Inhalers, like me and has just been medically discharged at 50ish My own Dad gave up years before he passed away used to hear him coughing In the mornings when I was young that all stopped when he'd given up.Its something we do every second of our Lives BREATH we should never mess about with it!!

Yeah guys encourage him to get off them and he's doing well. The Carlesberg might and I emphasise the might come later. It's a step at a time but then it will be the a French wine.

Well done Ally I admire you and I bet you feel a lot better even though I have never smoked. Shivster stop making excuses and get off them as I am meeting folk every day in the hospital who have cancer because they smoked. Sorry to be negative but that's the reality and I know it must be hard to kick the habit because my father wasn't able to do it and they took him. If Ally can do it then you can do it.

Well done Ally.
I'm on day 17
The shop assistant in my local daily shop said to me this morning that I had saved £340.
I informed her I haven't saved anything
I just haven't spent that £340 on my credit card, so no richer but no more in debit
