Got the roof box mounted (Window Covers, Awning, wet suit storage)
Leaves the Toilet free to allow use during trips, good for kids and pity i didn't have auto pilot:lol:
Had to make the roof racks out of aluminum push bars, additional roof supports to spread loads over the width - but eventually
Also - siphoned out reservoir of Power Assist Fluid as haven't a clue how long it was in there - and then topped it up again. Do same again in 3 or 4 weeks and then most of the fluid will have been changed This way also saves breaking a seal/drain joint .

The ceiling lights in my MH don't seem to have a LED replacement bulb, looked at changing the lights which was not that cheap and it seemed hard to get one with a switch on it.
So I bought these for £4.00 INC postage, I am just going to change the fitting to take a G4 LED bulb.

Hung my new curtains for the bunks and also the luton but f**kin didn't have enough hooks for the cab! Also bought more material for my dear Mum to make ones for the window in the living area (Mum's are great). Also made up the beds and have her all ready for off again. Can't decide if we will head off on Friday! One night only due to hip hop dance class. But will be ready for Pat's outing and Body and Soul for sure.

I got the minder gsm in the post very handy piece of kit you can place it anywhere in the camper and it rings your phone if there is an intruder it is about the size of a mobile phone very easy to conceal there is no alarm on it but it lets you know straight away if there is any movement in the camper

So I took it off and started to sand it down for painting. After a few minutes it became obvious that it was going to take more effort than I had bargained for. But lucky for me a friend dropped by. And this was the end result:

My engine and gearbox are back will upload a couple of pictures of it later - but they look to have done a fantastic job on it. Mechanics in the garage reckon its a top notch bit of work as well. Might (might) be done tomorrow or more likely can have it back on Wednesday YIPPPPEEEEEEEEE

Broms I'm so delighted for you. It was a big risk and you took it and it's paid off. But then life is a risk. I'm so glad for you and that you'll soon be on the road enjoying the results.

In the base cupboards there are cardboard like pipes that carry the hot air from the Diesel Heater.
I found that even the smallest weight would crush then so send the weekend making wooded cages to put over and protect them.

I have come to the conclusion that I really shouldn't have brought a motorhome!!! The engine and gearbox are fitted and running as sweet as a button - just about to bring it home and the bloody clutch cable has just snapped. Just hope the garage can source one now - its going tone tuesday at the earliest before I get it back now - frustrating!
Did i read somewhere on the site that there is a company that makes cables to order?
